Someone told me that airlines may deny boarding if you turn up at check in, the VOA and not with the visa issuing the traditional embassy in Italy ... can you help me understand? Luana Simone

When you apply online at our website and make the payment for service fee. We will arrange approval letter and send to you through email within 1-3 working days. Then, you have to print it for boarding the airplane & collect your visa at Vietnam airports in Hanoi capital city, Ho Chi Minh or Saigon city, and Da Nang city. Without pre-approved letter, you cannot enter Vietnam for pick up visa.
