Vietnam embassy visa by post

Thursday, May 9th, 2013 - 6:09 AM

I'm a bit confused about the cost of ordering a visa by post, coming from the UK. I've visited the embassy website and followed their instructions, as far as I can see, to the letter. I emailed them asking for a price of a 30 day tourist visa + postage, they've responded with a list of costs for various visas, including the one I want, all minus the cost of postage. So i replied and asked again for postage costs, and have had no response. Am I missing something? It definitely says on the site to include a self addressed envelope without the stamp.

Why are postage costs classified information? Has anybody done the same as me recently that could tell me the cost?

But why don't you get a pre-approved visa letter?

if you'll be arriving in Vietnam by AIR? It's cheaper/easier/faster and all done online. Please visit our homepage or send an email to visa-  we will help you to apply for visa to Vietnam. Within 1-2 working days, you can receive an approval letter to get Vietnam.
